Catholic News Agency recently profiled Priests in Concert, speaking to band member Fr. Daniele Rebeggiani, the secretary to the Apostolic Nunciature in Washington, D.C., and an archdiocesan priest, about the group’s fundraising efforts and his hopes for WYD.
The group of ADW priests attending WYD will be joined by roughly 400 young people from the area on their pilgrimage to WYD. Priests in Concert priests raised $20,000 between tickets and donations during their first concert, on Father's Day 2023. They are hoping to raise another $10,000 at the concert on Friday, July 21 at St. Mary of the Mills.
