St. Matthew’s will participate in the 11th annual SOME  Thanksgiving Day Trot for Hunger. SOME (So Others Might Eat, at www.some.org) provides food, clothing, medical and mental health services for the homeless and poor, job training and affordable housing.

To join us in this 5K fun walk/run, visit the SOME website and register under team “Cathedral of St. Matthew.”
When: Thursday, November 22 at 9am for the 5k walk/run (a children’s 1 mile fun run is held at 8:30am)
Where: FreedomPlaza (Pennsylvania Avenue &14th St. NW) Registration is $25.
