All are invited to join the Cathedral’s Respect Life Ministry and your fellow parishioners in our first monthly Rosary for Life to be held Saturday, April 28 after the 8am Mass, from 8:30-9am. We will pray the Rosary as we walk to Planned Parenthood, the abortion facility on 16th Street, NW.

The Respect Life Ministry focuses on promoting and cultivating a culture of life and witnessing to the dignity of all human life, from conception to natural death. We acknowledge that we are not alone in our desire to achieve this in our culture and that we must rely on our Heavenly Father for His guidance and assistance. Thus, on the fourth Saturday of every month, all are invited to join us in praying the Holy Rosary and asking for Mary’s intercession as we seek to bring an end to the culture of death and to strengthen our resolve to witness to the culture of life.
