BOW This Week
This Sunday we hear the prophet Jeremiah say "I myself will gather the remnant of my flock from all the lands to which I have banished them and bring them back to their folds" (Jer. 23:3). So why not gather together this coming Wednesday, 7/18/12, and share how we understand, or have trouble understanding, the readings for this coming Sunday?
We will meeting at 7pm in the West Conference Room (accessible from St. Matthews Court on the west side of the Cathedral).
The ice-breaker will be "Describe one thing you have framed."

Breaking Open the Word
Breaking Open The Word is an informal discussion on the readings for the upcoming Sunday. No expertise is needed. BOW meets in the West Conference Room accessible fromSt. Matthews Courton the west side of the Cathedral. The discussion begins at 7:00 PM and runs for about an hour, finishing at 8:00 PM. The first BOW of every month is BYO Buffet night where everyone attending is welcome, but not required, to bring some food to share. We begin the meeting at 6:30 PM on BYO Buffet nights so there is time to eat before the Bible discussion begins at 7:00 PM.
