"Do not go on past your servant" - Welcoming God When We See Him in Our Lives
This coming Sunday we will hear Abraham say to angels that pass by, "Sir, if it please you, do not go on past your servant." (Gn. 18:3) Why not get together this coming Wednesday, July 17, and share how this and the other readings for this coming Sunday help us to welcome God when we see him in our lives?
We will be meeting at the usual time of 7:00 PM in the usual West Conference Room (accessible from St. Matthews Court NW on the west side of the Cathedral).
This Week's Ice Breaker
This week's ice breaker will be "Describe one of your ringtones."

Breaking Open the Word
Breaking Open The Word is an informal discussion on the readings for the upcoming Sunday. No expertise is needed. BOW meets in the West Conference Room accessible from St. Matthews Courton the west side of the Cathedral. The discussion begins at 7pm and runs for about an hour, finishing at 8pm. The first BOW of every month is BYO Buffet night where everyone attending is welcome, but not required, to bring some food to share. We begin the meeting at 6:30pm on BYO Buffet nights so there is time to eat before the Bible discussion begins at 7pm.
