On Holy Saturday, April 8, 2023 at 8pm, Cardinal Wilton Gregory, Archbishop of Washington, celebrates the Easter Vigil, ranked by the Church as "the mother of all vigils." At this beautiful liturgy, 14 people will receive the sacraments of initiation and will be welcomed into the Church, including 7 who will be baptized. Please keep them in your prayers as we welcome them - new life in the Body of Christ!

Members of the Schola Cantorum accompany the liturgy. 

The Cathedral opens at 7:00pm for the Easter Vigil.

• The Cathedral closes at 12Noon and reopens at 7:00pm.
• 8:00pm | Easter Vigil (bilingual in English and Spanish), Cardinal Wilton Gregory, Archbishop of Washington (Schola Cantorum) The Cathedral closes immediately after the Vigil).
