The recently published book by former parishioner Anthony M. Annett, subtitled, "How Catholic Tradition Can Create a More Just Economy," was the topic at the August 2022 Cathedral Book Club meeting. Another former parishioner, Michael Sean Winters, in an February 2022 review in National Catholic Reporter, argues that "Cathonomics" "should be required reading for anyone who is serious about bringing their faith to bear on decisions relating to public life." In agreement, Christine Legarde, president, European Central Bank, states "This book should be read widely."
