All are welcome to attend the next meeting of the St. Matthew's Cathedral Book Club on Monday, October 24 at 6:45pm. We will be discussing The Feast of the Goat by Nobel Prize in literature winner Mario Vargas Llosa. The book depicts life in theDominican Republic in the aftermath of the assassination of dictator Rafael Leonidas Trujillo. The novel tells the tale from two perspectives: the immediate time period after the assassination and thirty years later. The Book Club meets in the West Conference Room, located in the alleyway by the Cathedral.
